Welcome to Nyxora! By downloading, installing, or using the Nyxora AI Agent ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Nyxora, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Nyxora is an open-source, local-first AI execution framework designed for Web3 automation and productivity tasks.
3. Assumption of Risk
You expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of Nyxora is at your sole risk.
- Financial Risk: Nyxora can execute on-chain transactions (swaps, transfers, bridging) on your behalf based on your prompts. You are solely responsible for verifying transaction details before they are executed. We are not liable for any financial losses, slippage, or unauthorized transactions.
- Autonomous Execution: When interacting with the AI, the AI may execute commands on your host operating system or interact with third-party APIs (like Google Workspace). We are not responsible for any data loss, system damage, or unintended actions taken by the AI.
4. No Warranty
Nyxora is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the creators, contributors, or maintainers of Nyxora be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
